This new range of UBT batteries from Salicru includes models with capacities of 7, 9, 12, 17, and 24 Ah, all at 12 V. They are especially suitable for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) applications and other safety systems requiring reliable, high-quality power backup, such as emergency lighting systems, signaling systems, communications and electrical equipment, broadcasting systems, elevator automation panels, electronic cash registers, and more.
UBT batteries are completely sealed and airtight, maintenance-free, require no water, have low self-discharge, and can be used in any orientation. In the event of accidental overcharging and the production of hydrogen and oxygen, special one-way valves allow the gases to escape, preventing internal overpressure. Furthermore, the use of AGM technology enables efficient gas recombination of up to 99%.
And, among other benefits, they have no restrictions for air transport since they comply with the regulations of IATA (International Air Transport Association) and ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization).
