The INGECON SUN PowerMax B Series – 1,500 Vdc features a Smart Cooling System that optimizes and reduces auxiliary power consumption. Furthermore, the inverter's state-of-the-art electronic components are housed in a semi-sealed compartment (IP66), preventing condensation and extending the lifespan of the power electronics.
This family of inverters is suitable for both indoor (IP50) and outdoor (IP56) installation and can deliver its rated power at ambient temperatures up to 50°C. Furthermore, it features an improved design that simplifies installation and wiring (for both DC and AC power supplies), as well as maintenance and repair.
Thanks to its compact design, it is easily integrated into medium-voltage solutions or power stations that contain all the necessary components for large PV plants. This equipment allows for the installation of three inverters within a single 40-foot power station, achieving up to 4.92 MVA in a single medium-voltage substation. Furthermore, Ingeteam has designed a solution with four inverters connected to a single transformer, enabling a capacity of up to 6.56 MVA in a single station.
