The new maxon EC-i 52 Power up brushless motor meets the demands of industrial applications requiring higher torque. The new version of the EC-i 52 brushless motor now achieves a torque of up to 1 Nm. This performance increase is due to more efficient cooling, which allows for up to 100% more power; the ventilated version of the EC-i 52 Power up achieves a rated power of 420 W.

Continuing with the EC-i brushless motor range, maxon introduces the 130W EC-i 40 High Torque brushless motor. Designed to meet the demand for high-torque brushless motors used in power tool applications, maxon has launched series production of the EC-i brushless motor with an additional 34.8 mm in length. Open rotor versions offer up to 100 percent more power.
Maxon DC and brushless motors can be combined with encoders, planetary gearboxes, and maxon control electronics as needed.

The EC 45 flat Power up, a flat brushless motor with more power,
is a new design from maxon. Maxon has developed a rotor for flat motors with a cold-formed housing. The result is the EC 45 flat Power up, a more powerful and economical flat brushless motor, available in two standard versions, as well as two new versions with an open rotor or fan.

ECX Torque 22: Dynamic Brushless Motor.
Another new product launching on the market is the maxon ECX TORQUE brushless motor, with a 22 mm diameter and available in three different lengths. Thanks to its iron winding and multipolar rotor design, it achieves very high torque density at moderate speeds. Its low time constant makes it extremely dynamic. The ECX TORQUE brushless motors are configurable and ready for shipment within 11 business days.

"Ultra Performance" Planetary Gearboxes:
The GPX planetary gearbox family is growing. In addition to the already available 22 mm and 32 mm diameters, maxon is launching the larger GPX 42 UP version. The GPX UP "Ultra Performance" gearboxes are extremely efficient.
