Omron Electronics Components Europe introduces a high-power 100A relay with low heat generation thanks to its ultra-low contact resistance. The new Omron G7EB is targeted at distributed power conditioning systems and test equipment such as semiconductor testers.
The device can switch up to 100A at 800VAC. One of its features is its ultra-low contact resistance of 5 mΩ. The G7EB experiences a temperature rise of approximately +40°C at a current of 100A, compared to +80°C in competing designs.
The dimensions of the rail are 40.5 x 50.5 x 37mm. Omron can supply the G7EB with a standard pin configuration or with its own Omron configuration.
