Offering high reliability and stability for industrial and automotive applications, the CMS 260 CLA-V, 246 CTI-V, 250 CRZ-V, radial 246 RTI-V and 250 RMI-V capacitors combine their high vibration performance with low impedance, high ripple current and long service life.
The five series of surface-mount and radial capacitors offer vibration resistance of up to 30 g and 50 g, respectively. The AEC-Q200 rated capacitors feature low impedance down to 18 mΩ at 100 kHz for improved filtering, high ripple current of up to 3,500 mA, and a long lifespan of up to 10,000 hours. The capacitors have capacitance ratings from 150 μF to 10,000 μF and voltage ratings from 6.3 V to 100 V.
The CLA-V 260, CTI-V 246, and CRZ-V 250 surface-mount capacitors are available in 6-pin versions and increase processing flexibility by meeting the stringent JEDEC J-STD-020 soldering standards for severe reflow conditions. The radial-lead 246 RTI-V and RMI-V devices feature a cylindrical aluminum case with pressure relief, insulated with a blue PET sleeve. All capacitors are charge- and discharge-proof, so there is no maximum current limit.
Fully RoHS certified, the capacitors contain non-solid, self-healing electrolytes, ideal for smoothing, filtering, and buffering in SMPS and DC/DC power supplies.
