Tpcm™ has a protective film on both sides. Once this film is removed, both sides are sticky, making it very easy to use and install.
Typical applications for these materials involve dissipating heat from components or surfaces to a heat sink. They require a continuous pressure fastening element, such as clips or staples. In the case of screws, once the phase change occurs, they should be tightened again or secured with Glover washers.
This family of materials can be supplied in sheets or pre-cut pieces.
