The extensive range includes 22 mm diameter indicator lights and illuminated or non-illuminated pushbuttons, with front mounting options in black plastic, polished or matte metal, with a metal ring, and 30 mm flat pushbuttons with a matte metal ring. Their modular design and LED illumination in red, orange, yellow, green, white, or blue allow them to be used as switches, indicators, or pilot lights.
The pushbuttons are installed quickly and efficiently by inserting the actuator through a simple slotted hole in the panel and securing it with the snap-on bracket. The bracket features an anti-rotation protection function and accepts stackable contact blocks that simplify wiring and offer a choice of normally closed (NC) or normally open (NO) terminals, screw and spring or solder connections.
Ensuring high switching reliability, even with low voltages and currents of 6V/1mA, SIRIUS ACT pushbuttons and switches are equally suitable for use in electronic control systems as in conventional applications. Available communication options allow for direct connections via AS-Interface, IO-Link, or PROFINET, reducing wiring time and complexity and enabling future reconfiguration of connections. The contact blocks and LED modules have specific technical units and all have 
obtained certification marks in accordance with EN 50013 for low-voltage control equipment.
Extreme robustness is another advantage offered by the new SIRIUS ACT product range. In addition to a 100,000-hour LED lifespan and a mechanical lifespan of 10 million switching operations, the high IP69K protection rating allows its use in equipment cleaned with high-pressure water or exposed to oils, caustic solutions, or large quantities of dust.
