It offers adjustable data rates from 850 kbps to 6.8 Mbps with maximum packet lengths of 1023 bytes for high-throughput data applications. The module includes the DW3110 transceiver IC, Nordic Semiconductor's nRF52833 Bluetooth® Low Energy system-on-a-chip (SoC), a planar UWB antenna, accelerometer, power management, and crystal, all bundled together to improve design cycle time. The module's RF design is fully tested and calibrated to deliver low power consumption in battery-powered applications. This module complies with the IEEE 802.15.4z standard and has been developed in accordance with the FiRa Consortium's PHY and MAC specifications and those of the Car Connectivity Consortium (CCC). The DWM3001C is designed to accelerate Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) applications for tagging, access control, asset tracking, and secure bubble environments.
