The AFS/AFM60 Inox encoder offers a total resolution of 18 bits (AFS60 Inox) or 30 bits (AFM60 Inox) and a wide range of programmable parameters. The AFS60 single-turn absolute encoder and the AFM60 multi-turn absolute encoder provide high resolution, a high IP rating, and a stainless steel housing for use in harsh environments and aggressive media such as cleaning products and salt. 
These encoders are equipped with an SSI interface, and the AFM60 Inox also features a combination of SSI + incremental and SSI + Sine/Cosine interfaces. Both encoders can be programmed using the PC-based PGT-08-S programming device or the PGT-10-Pro handheld programming device.
The DFS60 Inox is a high-resolution incremental encoder with a 60 mm diameter and a stainless steel design. It offers a wide variety of mechanical and electrical interfaces and user programming capabilities. The DFS60 Inox encoder can be used in harsh environments thanks to its robust mechanics, wide temperature range, and IP67 protection rating. It offers programmable electrical parameters such as peak output signal, pulses per revolution, and zero pulse width.
Both encoders are particularly well-suited for use in the food and beverage industry, packaging machinery, medical technology, and outdoor applications in port or marine installations.
