The U1270 series enables engineers and technicians to quickly perform the most accurate measurements. The new DMMs include features such as a low-impedance mode to eliminate parasitic voltages and a low-pass filter to remove noise that distorts voltage and current readings. The new Smart Ohm function helps ensure confidence in the results by minimizing false positives due to leakage current. For improved usability, these DMMs feature a slim profile, easy grip, and simple controls that are easy to operate, even with heavy gloves. The U1270 series is the first DMM series to offer a flashing backlight as a visual alert for improved continuous monitoring in dark and noisy environments.
Additional capabilities include PC connectivity for data logging applications and easy access to fuses via the panel's rear battery door. The U1270 series is IP54 rated and expands Agilent's range of handheld DMMs compatible with CAT III 1000V and CAT IV 600V. The U1250 series offers features and accuracy to streamline electronics troubleshooting. The U1240 series enables engineers and technicians to efficiently perform measurements across wide measurement ranges and capabilities, such as a built-in switch counter.
