Through consecutive scans from different viewpoints, the system generates a complete digital 3D model. Similarly, without motion control, scanning time is reduced by connecting multiple HDI 120 3D scanners to a single PC, enabling automation of the 3D scanning process.
Powered by FlexScan3D software, users can process data directly from the capture using an integrated system of data editing, alignment, and merging functions without having to export images to external post-processing software. The final result can be exported in various formats to suit the user's needs.
The HDI 120 3D scanner is capable of capturing millions of points with minimal setup time. Simply connect the system and install the software on the computer, and it's ready to use.
Configured to meet industry requirements, the HDI 120 can be used for reverse engineering, 3D inspection, 3D measurement, and 3D visualization.
