The Rigol DS1000Z series is a feature-rich digital oscilloscope offering 70 MHz to 100 MHz bandwidth and four analog channels. Its newly designed analog interface provides a full-bandwidth vertical range (1 mV/div to 10 V/div). It is the ideal choice for customers who need to perform signal testing, large-scale signal testing, or both. It also leverages the innovative “UltraVision” technologies of Rigol’s award-winning DS6000 series, with sampling rates up to 1 GSa/s and memory depth up to 12 Mpts, facilitating the capture of long-duration signals with higher temporal resolution and a waveform capture rate of up to 30,000 WFMS/s. The display with 256 levels of intensity gradation allows for quick viewing of infrequent events; the optional real-time waveform recording hardware, as well as the playback and analysis function, are powerful debugging tools for easily finding anomalies.
With up to 16 trigger functions, including Runt, Setuphold, Windows, Nth Edge (optional), and automatic measurements with statistics, Rigol's DS1000Z series is perfectly suited for a wide range of applications. These digital oscilloscopes feature a serial bus trigger and decode I2C, SPI, RS232 (optional), as well as advanced mathematical functions. Rigol also offers a variety of active and passive probes and other accessories. A DS1000Z-S version is also available, which includes a 2-channel arbitrary waveform generator.
Featuring an easy-to-read, 7" color display, the DS1000Z series boasts an attractive profile. Slim and lightweight, the DS1000Z series is ideal for confined spaces or for those who need a powerful portable oscilloscope with a good price-performance ratio.
Designed to meet the needs of R&D engineers, production test engineers, and advanced researchers, with its innovative technology, powerful triggering functions, and general analysis capabilities, the Rigol DS1000Z series is ideal for applications in education, communications, research and semi-professional, industrial and consumer electronics, computing, and industrial instrumentation.
The DS1000Z series of oscilloscopes is available in 70 MHz, 100 MHz, 4 channels and in a DS1000Z-S version, which includes a 25MHx arbitrary waveform generator and 2 channels.
