"For more than five decades, we have delivered advanced innovations in testing that have simplified and redefined what is possible, becoming the gold standard by reducing complexity and delivering long-term value," said Ritu Favre, president of the Test and Measurement group. "I am more confident than ever that our focus on delivering the most open and flexible modular platform is essential to moving toward the next generation of technology innovation."
Providing engineers with a broader selection of hardware, the company expanded its robust data acquisition (DAQ) portfolio with the introduction of three new solutions: NI FieldDAQ for harsh environments, NI CompactDAQ USB-C chassis for greater flexibility, and a new connector for C-Series modules to further simplify signal connection.

Emerson also announced an upgrade to its third-generation PXIe-5842 vector signal transceiver (VST3) with a new 4 GHz bandwidth option and the ability to combine the bandwidth of two VST3s for instantaneous bandwidth of up to 7 GHz through its proprietary spectrum bonding.
Emerson announced numerous software enhancements, including a comprehensive base version of NI SystemLink™, support for third-party signal sources for NI InstrumentStudio™ via custom plugins, and many new features for NI LabVIEW. These include an improved debugging workflow for wires and probes, support for .NET 8.0 and Python 3.12, improved VI comparison, Docker container connectivity, and more. Over a dozen user suggestions submitted through the online idea-sharing portal were implemented in the product updates.
The company's commitment to its global users continues with the release of an open-source GitHub* repository for NI FlexLogger plugins, the expansion of its free LabVIEW Community Edition to macOS for university students, and dedicated support for over 80 user groups worldwide.
