The DS4000E is a versatile, high-performance oscilloscope incorporating many cutting-edge technologies and processes. With bandwidths of 100 MHz and 200 MHz, sampling rates up to 2 GS/s per channel, and four analog channels, the DS4000E series is ideal for numerous application areas, including research and development, universities and schools, manufacturing and development, as well as markets in communications, aerospace, industrial electronics, and many others.

Both models, DS4014E and DS4024E, feature a large 9-inch color display for better and clearer signal representation and optimal viewing of additional information, such as cursor positions and coordinates, mathematical parameters, and more.

With a standard memory of 14 million points per channel, it allows for the storage and processing of large amounts of data, and thanks to a waveform capture speed of 60,000 waveforms/s, the user can capture, display, and evaluate fast signal sequences (decoding).

The smallest vertical scale is 1 mV/div with an 8-bit resolution. The device features dual YX mode and multiple triggering options, including Edge, Pulse, Video, Slope, and Pattern, as well as interfaces for RS232/UART, I2C, SPI, USB, CAN, LIN, and FlexRay. Bus decoding for these communication interfaces is available as an option. Direct keys for quick and easy operation are standard, as is a mask input for rapid pass/fail decisions.
