The 701927 has a -3 dB bandwidth of 150 MHz and can measure differential or common-mode voltages up to ±1400 Vdc+pk or 1000 Vrms. For ease of use, the probe features automatic attenuation detection (switchable between 1/50 and 1/500) and is powered via Yokogawa's proprietary probe interface.
It includes a 1-meter cable extension as standard, allowing the probe to be used in thermostatic chambers or in long or high-temperature devices. Even with this extension, the bandwidth reaches 100 MHz.
The new probe is perfectly suited to the application requirements in the automotive, mechatronics and power electronics sectors, for testing motors, power supplies or inverters, thus further expanding Yokogawa's ability to serve these sectors (which include high-speed oscilloscopes, flexible and versatile ScopeCorder™, and high-precision power analyzers).
