From now on, the new testo 570 refrigeration analyzer that Instrumentos Testo, SA is introducing to the market will allow refrigeration operators, technicians and maintenance personnel to take much simpler and faster measurements to facilitate these tasks.
The testo 570 measures and analyzes pressure, temperature, vacuum, and current consumption with ease via three connections. It offers numerous advantages, including 40 refrigerants stored in memory (user-updatable); the ability to connect two temperature probes for simultaneous superheat and subcooling calculations; internal memory for storing measurement data for later printing without manual transcription; and continuous data logging for up to 72 hours across different systems for rapid error identification.
The ability to connect multiple probes simultaneously, as well as refrigerant bottles or vacuum pumps, eliminates the need for a separate instrument for each task. The testo 570 also offers temperature-compensated leak testing capabilities.
To facilitate the measurements required by the RITE (Spanish Regulation on Thermal Installations in Buildings), the refrigeration analyzer (thanks to the new "Characteristic Efficiency Value") allows you to calculate and print the COP/EER of water chillers (according to RITE) by simply entering the necessary variables.
With the new testo 570 refrigeration analyzer, measurements are more precise, potential errors are avoided, and time and money are saved.
