Advanced Power Electronics Corp. (USA) has recently launched a new range of high-speed 600V discrete IGBTs for use in AC and DC motor control, household appliances (such as air conditioners, refrigerators, and microwave ovens), UPS systems, solar inverters, and induction cooktops.
The entire AP20GT60 IGBT family features a collector-emitter voltage ratio (VCEs) of 600V, a peak gate-emitter voltage ratio (VGE) of ±20V, and a very low saturation voltage.
