Designed to improve customer service, reduce warranty returns, and maximize the potential of the battery business, each course is divided into easy-to-follow modules and includes a downloadable certificate of completion. Course topics range from "Correct Application and Technology" to "Battery Testing and Warranty Management.".
The system is available to students in German, Spanish, English, Italian, and Swedish.
