Ciurea has led Vertiv's sales operations department in EMEA for the past four years as director of sales strategy and operations, and has been with the company for over 15 years. In her new role as vice president of commercial operations, she will continue to manage the sales operations function, while expanding her responsibilities to include overseeing end-to-end processes, facilitating overall efficiency, and optimizing resource allocation. This new role will serve as a central hub for driving cross-functional effectiveness across the organization and identifying ways to optimize customer service.
Lambrecht has been promoted to Vice President of Sales for the EMEA region, having worked with the organization for over 20 years in roles including Vice President of IS/IT for EMEA, Country Director for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy, and Vice President of Strategic Accounts for EMEA. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading product and service sales and go-to-market programs for the company’s key accounts, national accounts, and Vertiv channel partners across the EMEA region. In addition to driving revenue, pricing initiatives, and margin growth across all countries, Lambrecht will continue to lead and develop sales teams throughout the region, promoting excellence programs, tools, and sales management standards to create an inclusive and innovative growth-focused culture.
Jasenovsky has been with Vertiv for 19 years and his presence has been instrumental in driving strategy and operational execution in EMEA. His appointment as Vice President of Operations I&S EMEA will strengthen the connection between management and sales and operations teams to continue improving customer service levels. Following his recent roles as Senior Director of Operations for EMEA and General Manager for Slovakia, Jasenovsky will now be a key member of the EMEA leadership team, fostering cohesion and, ultimately, success, among other responsibilities in the region.
