The RP50-AW series delivers up to 50 W of output power in a compact 2.54 x 2.54 cm (1 x 1") form factor, making it ideal for space-constrained applications. The series supports input voltage ranges of 9-36 VDC and 18-75 VDC, offers efficiencies up to 93%, and features 2.25 kVDC isolation. In addition to single-output versions, dual-output models are also available. The operating temperature range is -40 °C to +105 °C, while an optional heatsink version improves thermal performance in high ambient temperature conditions.

For higher power requirements, the RP100-FW series delivers up to 100 W of output power with efficiencies up to 94%. The series also supports an ultra-compact 4:1 input range of 9–36 VDC or 18–75 VDC. With an extended operating temperature range of -40 °C to +110 °C and the ability to operate at altitudes up to 5000 m, the converters are suitable for industrial automation, transportation, data communications, and telecommunications applications. The compact dimensions of 50.8 x 25.4 x 10.7 mm are achieved without a heatsink, while the optional heatsink version, measuring 50.8 x 26.5 x 32.2 mm, improves thermal performance under demanding operating conditions.

Both series incorporate comprehensive protection features, including overvoltage, overload, overtemperature, and continuous short-circuit protection, as well as remote on/off control compatible with positive or negative logic. Depending on the model, the output voltage can also be adjusted over a wide range. Furthermore, both series comply with current RoHS and REACH regulations and are designed to deliver robust electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) performance.

By combining high power density, wide input voltage flexibility and extended thermal capacity, the RP50-AW and RP100-FW series are ideal for industrial control systems, test and measurement equipment, communications infrastructure and transportation-related electronics.
