The CCGS series models are available in various package and connection formats, including DIN rail mounting, and are based on TDK-Lambda's widely used CCG series board-mount modules, whose high field reliability provides confidence in their long-term performance.

With the launch of the CCGS series, TDK-Lambda offers a simplified solution that reduces both development time and manufacturing costs for OEMs, while providing flexibility through a wide selection of modules. Both the 15W and 30W models are available with simple 3.3V, 5V, 12V, and 15V outputs, as well as additional ±12V and ±15V configurations.

The CCGS15 model can supply up to 15 W of output power with an input voltage range of 9 to 36 V (safety certified between 18 and 36 V) or 18 to 76 V. The 30 W models are fully certified for input voltages of 9 to 36 V or 18 to 76 V.
The chassis-mount version measures 52 × 93 × 23.5 mm (width × depth × height) and features screw terminal connections with captive screws to prevent the loss of fasteners, improving installation efficiency. The /DIN model, for DIN rail clip mounting, measures 52 × 93 × 31.9 mm, while the /B option incorporates JST plug-in connectors for input and output, helping to prevent wiring errors. Both options can be combined to further simplify installation.

As standard, single-output CCGS models include a potentiometer for adjusting the output voltage, allowing the following ranges:
• 2.97 – 3.63 V (nominal 3.3 V)
• 4.50 – 5.50 V (nominal 5 V)
• 10.80 – 13.20 V (nominal 12 V)
• 13.50 – 16.50 V (nominal 15 V).
The converters include a green LED that indicates the output power status, allowing for quick visual verification during system checks. The remote on/off function provides an output inhibit feature, facilitating system-level power sequencing and allowing engineers to safely isolate subsystems during maintenance, thus reducing downtime.
Converter efficiency typically ranges from 84% to 87%, depending on the model. The CCGS series can operate in a temperature range of −20 °C to +70 °C with natural convection cooling.

The CCGS series is certified according to IEC/EN/UL/CSA 62368-1 standards for altitudes up to 5,000 meters. The insulation voltage is:
• Input to chassis: 1500 VDC
• Input to output: 1500 VDC
• Output to chassis: 1000 VDC.
