The RPX-4.0 boasts high efficiency, enabling full-power operation up to 65°C and power-reduction operation up to 90°C. Its construction utilizes RECOM's '3D Power Packaging®' technology for high power density, featuring a flip-chip on a lead-frame construction, an integrated shielded inductor for low EMI, and intelligent switching frequency control to maintain high efficiency even under light loads.
The RPX-4.0 requires only voltage adjustment resistors and input/output capacitors for a complete, high-performance solution and comes with RECOM's 3-year warranty. An evaluation board, the RPX-4.0-EVM-1, is also available, allowing customers to exercise all product functions and optimize filtering to meet the requirements of their target system.
