The IR4321M and IR4322M 60V devices complement the existing product offering and increase the power capacity of Class D audio systems with low load impedance in applications such as car audio systems, desktop audio systems, active loudspeakers, and musical instruments (with integrated amplifiers).
The combination of an advanced audio driver IC and fully audio-optimized MOSFETs results in higher efficiency, total harmonic distortion (THD), and EMI levels, allowing the IR432xM family to operate without a mechanical heatsink across a wide power range with single or split power supplies. Their high-voltage and noise immunity ratings ensure reliable operation under various environmental conditions.
Other common features in the family include overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, internal/external shutdown, and a floating differential input.
Two reference designs, the IRAUDAMP21 and IRAUDAMP22, are also available, incorporating the IR4321M and IR4322M models, respectively.
