The LMZ10503/4/5EXT, LMZ12001/2/3EXT, and LMZ14201/2/3EXT heavy-duty power modules provide the efficiency of a synchronous switching regulator with the simplicity of a linear regulator, eliminating the need for an external inductor and reducing design complexity.
The wide junction temperature range (-55°C to +125°C) allows Simple Switcher modules to be adapted to FPGAs, microprocessors, DSPs, and other point-of-load (POL) conversion devices in harsh environments such as those found in industrial and military applications.

• Compliant with vibration standards MIL-STD-883 Method 2007.2, Condition A and JESD22-B103B Condition 1.
• Compliant with drop standards MIL-STD-883 Method 2002.3 Condition B and JESD22-B110 Condition B.

• Low radiated emissions (EMI), compliant with EN55022 class B standard.
The LMZ10503/4/5EXT power modules support maximum load currents of 5A with an input voltage range between 2.95V and 5.5V.
