This product is a high-power MIMIC amplifier for the 17.3 to 21.2 GHz (Ku-K) SATCOM band, delivering 20 W (~43 dBm) of saturated output power with a small signal gain of 25 dB and an aggregate power efficiency (PAE) of 27%. Manufactured using Qorvo's 0.15 μm GaN-on-SiC process (QGaN15), the device features on-chip coupling capacitors behind the DC grounds on the input and output ports. It is ideal for commercial and military satellite communications (SATCOM) and radar applications, including high-throughput data solutions for multi-carrier, high-bandwidth, low Earth orbit constellations.
