These products maintain energy consumption, high linear power output, and cutting-edge performance at the maximum levels supported by the expanded bandwidth of Wi-Fi 6E. This wide-bandwidth performance feature allows the QPF4656 to operate on all channels from UNII5-8 (5.9 to 7.1 GHz) and the QPF4730 to operate on all channels from UNII1-8 (5.1 to 7.1 GHz) on the fly without any logical changes.
Both FEMs incorporate a two-position single-pole switch (SP2T) and a divergible low-noise amplifier (LNA) with either a 5.945 to 7.125 GHz power amplifier (QPF4656) or a 5.1 to 7.125 GHz power amplifier (QPF4730). Applications for the FEMs include access points, residential gateways, customer premises equipment, and Internet of Things (IoT) devices.
