The RVS002 integrates two N-channel MOSFETs and two Schottky diodes in a DFN2*2 package to create a low-loss full-bridge rectifier capable of handling up to 3 W. An integrated smart voltage limiter prevents the output voltage from rising too high under no-load conditions, ensuring voltage stability. When the power supply is under load, the limiter remains inactive and draws no current, thus maintaining high efficiency.
The RVSY018 synchronous rectifier controller operates at up to 700 kHz, with an ultra-fast 30 ns turn-on and 10 ns turn-off characteristic, making it ideal for high-frequency power conversion applications. The rectifier IC is self-powered from a single AC input, enabling either high-side or low-side rectification. The controller supports CCM (continuous conduction mode) and DCM (discontinuous conduction mode) operation and is compatible with QR and active flyback clamp topologies. Both rectifier solutions operate in a temperature range of -40 °C to +125 °C, are reflow-solderable, and come with a 3-year warranty.
