Mouser now has the Silicon Labs ZGM230S Z-Wave® 800 System-on-a-Packet (SiP) module in stock. This 6.5 × 6.5 mm module is based on the EFR32ZG23 system-on-a-chip and incorporates a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M33 core with 512 KB of flash memory (64 KB of application flash memory), a native security stack using Silicon Labs Secure Vault technology, and a highly integrated sub-GHz crystal transceiver.
