The MOSFETs (ThunderFET® power MOSFET technology) stand out for their low on-resistance (1.93 mΩ) and low gate capacitance (250 nC), with one version rated at 150V-400A and another at 200V-273A. The rectifiers are notable for their operating voltage (1200V), with one version rated at 160A and another up to 220A, low thermal resistance (0.26°C/W), and a conduction voltage drop of only 1.22V. Within the Ultrafast family (FRED Pt® diode), a dual-topology module rated at 300V-280A and a single-phase bridge rectifier module rated at 650V-60A are added; these feature a recovery time of 
58 ns and soft recovery capabilities to reduce EMI and RFI. Finally, the Schottkies Power Modules family (TMBS® diode) adds a new model with a dual topology, rated at 300A-170V. All modules can withstand operating temperatures up to 175°C. Market Applications:
