The new parts conform to reflow soldering profiles with temperatures up to 260°C. This allows users to shorten their production cycle, as all components of a device can be soldered in a single step. Furthermore, the components have an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, making them easier for customers to use in industrial environments where higher ambient temperatures previously prevented their use.
The new independent magnetic elements are available in SMT versions, with variants for different port configurations. The housings are made of UL94 V-0 certified flame-retardant thermoplastic.
