The TCM3232PB meets the high-resolution, high-speed frame rate, and high-fidelity image requirements necessary for industrial use, and is suitable for applications in security and surveillance cameras, monitor cameras, and dashcams.
Utilizing Toshiba's innovative HDR (High Dynamic Range) technology, this new sensor offers 108dB of dynamic range and is optimized to capture clear, distortion-free images, even in high-contrast lighting conditions. The sensor also allows video to be captured at high resolution at 60 fps to create smooth, natural footage.
The TCM3232PB is housed in a compact PBGA (Plastic Ball Grid Array) package measuring 10 mm x 10 mm and will enter production at the end of April 2015.
