RC Microelectronics presents the WL10 sensor from its represented company NIDEC COPAL, which optically detects liquid leaks. This small device attaches to the surface being monitored and accurately detects the presence of leaking liquids, including water, alcohols, oils, fuels, and a wide range of other fluids, some of which are corrosive.
Installation is very simple on any surface, even the floor, unlike other sensors. Fluid measurement begins immediately.
The sensor will be operational with a green LED illuminated and the switched output ON. Upon detection, a red LED will illuminate and the switched output will switch OFF. Resetting the sensor after fluid detection is very simple.
The WL10 includes a 2m or 4m cable for supplying 12-24Vdc power and providing the switched output.
