The Bird Model 4042 is a channeled directional power sensor, providing direct and reflected power measurements on individual channels with an accuracy of +/-5% of the reading, with power levels up to 500W (NIST traceable).
This sensor is designed to be installed at the output of the transmission combiner, to provide individual channel output levels, as well as antenna matching (SWR) information.
It is recommended to use the 4042 sensor in conjunction with the 3141 power monitor to measure the power of individual channels.
