Murata inclinometers help determine the 3D position of agricultural and construction equipment operating in harsh outdoor environments, as well as providing high-precision leveling and tilt measurement and platform leveling and stabilization applications. Murata tilt sensors combine high performance with excellent temperature and time stability to extend product lifecycles.

The SCA830-D07 series is a single-axis inclinometer that integrates high-precision micromechanical acceleration sensing with a digital SPI interface. Designed, manufactured, and tested to meet the high stability, reliability, and quality requirements of automotive applications such as hill start assist, electronic parking brakes, yaw detection, and suspension control, the SCA830-D07 boasts extensive self-diagnostic capabilities and complies with AEC-Q-100 standards. Part of Murata's digital accelerometer family, the SCA830-D07 is fully compatible with Murata's single-axis accelerometers (SCA800 series) and multi-axis accelerometers (SCA2100 and SCA3100 series).

The Murata SCA103T Series is a high-performance, single-axis, differential analog inclinometer that delivers exceptional accuracy thanks to its differential measurement principles, which compensate for common noise and mode effects. Along with its robust design and small size (11.31 mm H x 15.58 mm L x 5.08 mm D), the SCA103T Series features -0.001° resolution (10 Hz BW, analog output), 7 µg/√Hz noise density, and a temperature offset dependence of ±0.002°/°C (-25 ... 85 °C). The SCA103T Series is suitable for applications similar to other Murata inclinometers, as well as rotary laser levels.

The Murata SCA100T Series is a family of high-performance, dual-axis inclinometers based on 3D-MEMS technology, providing instrumentation-grade performance for leveling applications. The measuring axes of the sensing elements are parallel to the mounting plane and orthogonal to each other. They offer measuring ranges of ±30° (SCA100T-D01) and ±90° (SCA100T-D02) and 0.0035° resolution (10 Hz BW, analog output). The SCA100T Series offers low temperature dependence, high resolution, and low noise. Featuring overdamped sensing elements, it is unaffected by vibration and can withstand mechanical shocks of up to 20,000G. Suitable applications include heavy vehicles, 356-degree vertical orientation measurement, platform leveling, and stabilization and construction levels.

The SCA61T series 3D-MEMS-based single-axis inclinometer offers excellent stability over temperature and time. Its low temperature dependence, high resolution, and low noise, combined with the robust sensor element design, make the SCA61T an ideal choice for leveling instruments. The noise density is 14 μg/√Hz, and the resolution (10 Hz BW, analog output) and temperature offset dependence (-25 ... 85°C) are ± 0.008°/°C.
