This series offers the capabilities needed to debug, validate, and optimize the functionality of today's digital systems. It also provides a comprehensive suite of signal integrity debugging tools (crosstalk, ground bounce, impedance mismatch, etc.) that enable users to quickly isolate, identify, and characterize elusive and hard-to-find problems
- Glitch Triggering and Storage: Ability to capture and store the location where the glitch occurred. The TLA displays the time and channel where the glitch occurred, highlighting potential signal integrity issues in red.
- 2 GHz analog multiplexer for 4 analyzer channels - Four of the user-selected logic analyzer channel signals can be routed to up to four external BNC connectors, which can then be used to view the signals on any oscilloscope. This avoids:
a) Double connection of the probes to the test point with an oscilloscope, which would impair signal integrity due to excessive parasitic capacitance.
b) Sometimes the physical impossibility of a second connection at the same test point.
c) Precarious connection of the second probes, which can cause measurement errors.
d) Time lost repositioning the oscilloscope probes to other test points.
- iView™ – The TLA6400 series logic analyzers are fully compatible with iView. This allows you to use an oscilloscope to view, on the analyzer's screen and with time correlation, the digital and analog signals that are causing the signal integrity problem.

Probes:
All probes are designed with a triple signal path:
1) MagniVu digitizes the signal at 25Gs/s per channel into the individual 128K memory for each channel.
2) In "Time Acquisition" mode, the signal is digitized at up to 3.2Gs/s on half of the channels and 1.6Gs/s on all channels and recorded into the large memory (up to 64M).
3) Four of the signals can be routed to user-selected logic analyzer channels via up to four external BNC connectors, which can be used to view them on an oscilloscope.
P5910 General Purpose Probe
The 17-channel P5910 probe offers flexibility in general use and supports pin spacing of 0.1 inch and 2 mm, low input capacity and accessories for connection to various standard connections on the market.
P5934 Mictor Probe
The P5934 probe has 34 channels and features a Mictor connector for quick connection/disconnection and a locking mechanism that ensures a secure and reliable connection.
P5960 DMAX Probe
For applications where circuit space is limited, the high-density, 34-channel P5960 D-Max offers the smallest available size and a quick-connect mechanism.
