The SDS2000X series implements the innovative SPO (Super Phosphor Oscilloscope) technology, a key factor in the remarkable specifications of these instruments. Among these features are a signal refresh rate of 140,000 waveforms per second, a display with 256 levels of intensity and color temperature, and 140 Mpts of memory depth and a comprehensive digital trigger system. This allows for easy and rapid capture of even the most elusive events.
Optionally, the SIGLENT SDS2000X series can incorporate a 25 MHz arbitrary function generator. For a minimal increase, 16 digital channels with 500 MS/s and 140 Mpts per channel are also available. Furthermore, it offers serial bus triggering and decoding, and supports I2C, SPI, UART, RS232, CAN, and LIN.
The processing capabilities of the SDS2000x series are evident in its 37 automatic measurements, which also support statistics, and its mathematical functions including FFT, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, integration, differential, and square root.
With an 8” color TFT display and a full suite of interfaces including USB and Ethernet, the SIGLENT SDS2000x series is, in short, an excellent alternative for any oscilloscope application up to 300 MHz bandwidth.
