battery-analyzer-500-wThese features ensure technicians capture the correct data, while visual and audible feedback signals reduce the risk of errors. The Fluke 500 Series is ideal for testing critical battery backup applications in data centers, hospitals, airports, utilities, oil and gas, and railroads.

The 500 Series Battery Analyzers are rugged, compact, and perform a full range of essential measurements, including battery resistance, DC and AC voltage, DC and AC current (Fluke BT521 only), ripple voltage, frequency, and battery temperature (BT521 only). The 500 Series Battery Analyzers are specifically designed for measuring stationary batteries, including GEL, AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat), and lithium-ion batteries, as well as wet lead-acid batteries.

The 500 Series smart probes streamline the testing process by displaying measurement results on the integrated LCD screen, eliminating the need for technicians to constantly check the central computer. Technicians can capture voltage and temperature readings and record everything automatically or via the integrated save button. This simplifies and accelerates the testing process.

The probes include infrared temperature measurements (BT521 model only), tri-color LED lights indicating pass/fail/warning, and audible feedback.

The analyzers include a convenient magnetic shoulder strap and an innovative carrying harness that reduces fatigue when measuring long battery strings. They also include simple yet powerful analysis tools that manage large volumes of data to produce analytical graphs and data tables on a PC or quickly create email-formatted reports using .csv files.
