The RxxP22005D and RKZ-xx2005D series feature the asymmetric +20V and -5V outputs required for controlling SiC controllers with input voltages of 5V, 12V, 15V or 24V.
Particular emphasis was placed on high isolation. With options for 3kV DC, 4kV DC (RKZ-xx2005D), or even 5.2kV DC (RxxP22005D), these converters offer an isolation range suitable for every application. Thanks to their internal structure, the modules exhibit very low parasitic capacitances and come with Power Sharing capability.
These 2W modules are UL-60950-1 certified and operate in compliance with RoHS2 and REACH directives, containing no hazardous substances. As is standard practice with RECOM, they also come with a 3-year warranty.
