Vicor has added a new 30V input nominal module (9-50V range) in a 3623 ChiP package (3.86 x 2.28 x 7.36 cm), targeting a variety of applications, including UAVs, ground vehicles, radar, transportation, and industrial controls. This converter has a 15V output voltage and a maximum power of 160W, achieving a power density of 24.65 W/cm³.A 375W module with a 275V input nominal voltage (120-420V) and a 24V output in a 4623 ChiP package (4.8 x 2.28 x 0.74 cm) is also announced, achieving a power density of 47.29 W/cm³.
