This new series of digital isolation devices leverages the unique characteristics of Toshiba's patented magnetic coupling technology to deliver a high CMTI of 100 kV/μs (typical) at supply voltages (VDD1=VDD2) of 3.0 to 5.5 V with a common-mode voltage (VCM) of 1500 V. This makes them highly resistant to common-mode electrical noise at the input and output nodes, ensuring they can provide stable control signals for reliable equipment operation.
These 4-channel devices offer flexible configuration options: 4 forward-only channels, 3 forward channels with 1 reverse channel, or 2 forward channels with 2 reverse channels, allowing them to meet diverse design requirements. They provide low pulse-width distortion of only 0.8 ns (typical) and are suitable for high-speed, multi-channel communication applications, including non-automotive uses such as I/O interfaces with SPI communications.
The devices in this series are available in the 16-pin SOIC-16 W package and offer stable operation in temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 125 °C.
Nordic introduces the nRF54LC10A SoC for compact IoT devices
Nordic Semiconductor today introduced the nRF54LC10A system-on-a-chip (SoC), compatible with Bluetooth® Low Energy (LE), Bluetooth Channel Sounding, Thread, Zigbee, and Matter. The entry-level nRF54LC10A is the smallest and most energy-efficient multiprotocol SoC in the nRF54L series, combining...
