6363 wWith a maximum input voltage offset of 100µV and an input voltage noise of 2.9nV/√Hz, the LTC6363 consumes only 19mW with a 10V supply. It can convert single-ended (ground-referenced) signals to differential outputs or be used in full differential mode, settling an 8Vp-p differential output step with 18-bit resolution in just 780ns. Four external resistors configure the gain of the LTC6363. The LT5400 series of high-matching quad resistors can be used to achieve excellent linearity. The LTC6363 remains stable whether configured for unity gain, higher gain, or attenuation.
The LTC6363 operates with a supply from 2.8V to 11V. Its outputs oscillate rail-to-rail, and the VOCM pin sets the common-mode output voltage for optimal synchronization with the input range of high-precision 20-bit SAR ADCs such as the LTC2378-20.
The LTC6363 is specified for the following temperature ranges: -40°C to 85°C and -40°C to 125°C. It is available in 2mm x 3mm MSOP-8 and DFN packages.
