The ACPL-302J includes an integrated flyback controller for DC-DC converters and a complete set of fail-safe IGBT diagnostics, protection, and error reporting, making it a cost-effective and efficient door drive solution. With a 2.5A rail-to-rail output, this device is ideal for driving IGBTs and MOSFET generators in industrial power inverters and motors.
 
Thanks to the integrated flyback controller, the ACPL-302J allows for fewer components to be placed alongside the device, including the small, high-efficiency transformer, thus reducing size and minimizing electromagnetic interference (EMI) and noise coupling between IGBT channels. The device also includes an integrated active Miller clamp, an IGBT desaturator, and a low-voltage lockout system, all of which reduce material costs and simplify the door drive system design.
