Compared to the traditional TO-263-3L, the footprint is 20% smaller and the height is 45% smaller. This reduced footprint improves power density, making it suitable for very compact terminal designs. Excellent thermal resistance contributes to better heat dissipation, ensuring the long-term reliability of devices.

In response to growing customer demand for performance, JieJie Microelectronics launched the JMSH1001ATL (VDS_MIN=100V) and JMSH1504ATL (VDS_MIN=150V) N-channel JSFET® series, which incorporates independent intellectual property rights; both are designed with the advanced PowerJE® 10x12 package. When VGS=10V, the device's RDS(ON)_Typ and FOM measurements are 1.3mΩ / 202 (JMSH1001ATL) and 3.3mΩ / 290 (JMSH1504ATL), respectively. In terms of electrical properties, the JMSH1001ATL outperforms the competition in China and is comparable to similar products in Europe, the United States, and Japan. Furthermore, the linear model/safe operating area (SOA) feature allows the devices to operate safely and reliably even under high-current conditions. The extremely low resistance helps improve operating efficiency, reduce system costs, and extend device lifespan. Both products have broad applications in power tools, light electric vehicles, photovoltaic energy storage inverters, 5G and PoE++ communications, and other terminals.

Nick Zhang, head of the automotive business unit at JieJie Microelectronics, said: “Powered by chips designed by JieJie Microelectronics’ research and development team, manufactured in IATF 16949-certified factories, and subjected to PowerJE® 10x12 assembly testing on JieJie Microelectronics’ advanced automotive system, the electrical properties of the JMSH1001ATL are comparable to those of products from leading international IDM semiconductor manufacturers, contributing to the advancement of high-end localization of similar products. With excellent thermal conductivity and low package parasitic inductance, this device is designed to handle up to 411A of current, making it ideal for applications with stringent requirements for bill of materials (BOM) space, electrical performance, and long-term device reliability.”
Both products are in mass production. Samples are available from the JJM Sales Department, contracted agents, or related sales channels.
