The inputs for each type can reach up to 60VDC, and the operating temperature reaches 100°C without power reduction, or even higher at reduced power.
Features include on/off control, remote sensing, a good power signal, and comprehensive protection against output short circuits, overcurrent, and overvoltage. The products meet the EN55032 Class B EMI limits with a simple external filter.
The advancement in power handling of the RPMH-1.5 is made possible by RECOM's 3D Power Packaging® techniques, resulting in a 25-pad LGA package with six-sided shielding for optimal thermal performance and electromagnetic compatibility. An evaluation board (RPMH-1.5-EVM-1) is available for testing performance and all features.
