The QPF4659 offers constant-slope logarithmic voltage power sensing for application feedback and integrated array-level filtering for enhanced harmonics, as well as 2.4 GHz rejection for database/data communications (DBDC) operation. The QPF4659 also incorporates a 6 GHz power amplifier (PA), a single-pole two-position switch (SP2T), and a derivable low-noise amplifier (LNA) in a single device.
This Wi-Fi 7 FEM is ideal for wireless access points, wireless routers, set-top boxes, and customer premises equipment. Its performance is optimized by using a 5V power supply. This design reduces power consumption while maintaining maximum linear output power and cutting-edge performance across a wide bandwidth (5.9 to 7.1 GHz). The QPF4659 is compatible with the QPF4659EVB, also available from Mouser.
