Just over a year after signing the distribution agreement with Panasonic, RS has expanded its offering of Panasonic products. 1,400 new Panasonic semiconductor lines have been added, 800 of which are available directly from stock for 24/48-hour delivery. The offering includes new discrete components, transistors, and diodes.
RS now offers one of the broadest ranges of Panasonic semiconductors on the market, available directly from stock for electronic design engineers. Featured products include new Schottky barrier diodes, ultra-fast recovery diodes (TRR), Zener diodes in various package types, and new small-signal digital FET transistors.
