This new controller will help improve the performance and reliability of the handheld surgical tool, enabling earlier commercialization of its application. The CNT1530 controller uses on-board Hall sensors. The magnetic speed and direction drive provided by this design offers exceptional reliability due to the absence of mechanical components. In addition, the electronic components are encapsulated in silicone within an aluminum casing that provides protection to the circuit board in harsh environments such as sterilizers and autoclaves.
The controller is compatible with a range of input voltages, allowing the use of different types of batteries. Its compact design allows designers to integrate the controller into the tool's handle, creating exceptionally ergonomic designs.

The new BLDC controller is compatible with Portescap's orthopedic motors for large bones. Customization is also available for customers requiring tailored solutions.
