The RX-5 motor protector protects the three-phase motor in power line problems (fault, phase reversal or imbalance), thermal overload (high I2(((2)))t) class 5-30, earth leakage or current imbalance, among other situations.
The RX series software features a thermal model that monitors power values related to motor circuits that contribute to thermal overload, enabling efficient protection in the event of power loss and restoration. It also includes an integrated 24/7 real-time clock to monitor duty cycles, starts per hour, and minimum time between starts.
The 4-digit alphanumeric LED display shows the displayed measurements, relay fault indicators, and the status of the control relays. It also includes a password-protected parameter code. Measurements can be read from the display or via integrated RS-485 Modbus RTU communication.
