Up to three signals in a single compact device.
The IOC 074 is the first IO-Link converter on the market capable of digitizing up to three analog signals simultaneously (4-20 mA and 0-20 mA). Measuring just 14 mm in diameter and 63 mm in length, it is ideal for space-constrained applications, control and distribution cabinets, enclosures, or compact systems. Its stainless steel housing is IP65, IP66, and IP67 certified, providing reliable protection even in demanding industrial environments.
Installation is simple: the converter connects between the analog sensor and the IO-Link master using M12 connectors and standard cables. A universal clamp is included for flexible and secure mounting.

Simple IO-Link configuration: no calculations required.
Configuration is performed entirely via software, using IO-Link tools such as “LR-Device” along with the corresponding IODD file. Users can easily define measurement ranges for temperature, pressure, or other physical parameters.
The IOC 074 automatically manages scaling and supplies pre-processed values to the control system, eliminating the need for manual conversions or additional hardware. This makes it a user-friendly solution that integrates seamlessly into existing infrastructures and significantly simplifies commissioning.

Smart, future-proof retrofit solutions.
For machine builders, plant operators, or production retrofit projects, the IOC 074 delivers real added value: with minimal effort, analog sensors can be upgraded to IO-Link. This not only enables integration into modern control systems but also improves process transparency and operational efficiency.
With the IOC 074 Converter, STEGO offers a smart, simple, and cost-effective path to digitalization in industrial environments, as well as a practical solution to the challenges of connected manufacturing.
