The compact LUMAWISE sensors can operate as a standalone control device or in conjunction with a Zhaga-D4i photocell or communication node for enhanced control. A continuous calibration sequence filters reflected light from the luminaire, ensuring that lights are activated only when necessary to improve energy efficiency. Furthermore, the light output switches to 50% brightness at temperatures above 32°C. The programmable motion sensors allow for the self-definition of parameters such as brightness levels, activation time, and ambient light on/off levels. The sensors are powered via the DALI bus, facilitating easy installation. The programmable motion sensors support both rectangular and circular detection zones. LUMAWISE sensors maintain safety while reducing energy consumption for street lighting, parks, recreational areas, promenades, bike lane stations, and the ceilings of elevated installations.
